Anahata Power Yoga 200-Hour Teacher Training Spring 2016

Missoula and Kalispell Montana Joint Training

Welcome

Anahata Power Yoga’s Vinyasa 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training is a foundational training rooted in the lineages of Hatha and Ashtanga yoga.  This Yoga Alliance certified training will provide participants with the knowledge, practice, and experience to become creative, competent, and inspiring teachers. The training is open to all, both those inspiring to become the next generation of dynamic teachers as well as to those simply wishing to immerse themselves in the practice of yoga.

We invite you to nine months of personal transformation!

School Information

The 200 hour training will rotate between yoga studios located in beautiful Missoula, Montana and Kalispell, Montana.  Kalispell and Missoula trainees will come together in Missoula for guest teacher weekends. Anahata Power Yoga will assist with home-stays for those in need.

The Kalispell training will be hosted at Mandala Montana

We believe in building community between studios and creating an inclusive environment for teachers and students of all lineages. Detailed schedule will be included in the syllabus for enrolled students.  Missoula and joint trainings will be held at Hot House Yoga, the Sweat Shop and Yoga Spot, and MASC Studio and Training Agency.

What Students Are Saying

"I want to say THANK YOU!! There are no words to express what a positive impact this training and time spent with all the trainees has had on my life as a whole. Wow, you have so much knowledge and love to share. Honored I got to be part of this and am very happy to continue training with you! I really feel the strongest inside then I ever have, you helped prompt me to take some huge steps.

Preparing for teacher training was beyond exciting and an experience I had been looking forward to for so many years! Amazed at my entire journey inside and out. Grateful to have shared space with such hardworking amazing instructors and trainees. Not only did I hone valuable teaching skills but I learned so much by just getting vulnerable. I received a tool kit to integrate in teaching others but most importantly growing a better understanding of my own self so I can rise to my greatest potential. This is only the beginning of a magnificent adventure." Nicole McCauly
"I have learned so much about asana, breath and yoga philosophy and now have the resources to read and learn more as Selena's reading list suggests quality books. This training has enhanced my yoga experience and I feel inspired to teach and go deeper into my practice. Also, I have enjoyed meeting other amazing students with similar goals, interests and insights. Feel continually inspired by Nicolai Bachman who did a weekend workshop during the training. Really love the Anahata series! Cindy Kneutsen
"The Missoula Community is fortunate to have the teaching talents of Selena Garefino.  The Anahata Power Yoga School has authenticlly taught me how the integration of Yoga into my life is a lifetime holistic journey.  With a balanced curriculum of Anatomy, Asana, philosophy, Ayurveda and Sanskrit students are set up for success.  The program builds confidence for the student looking to become a teacher or searching for a deeper connection with the Yogic Path."
